  • You had breast cancer surgery in the last 4 weeks (one or both breasts removed, with or without lymph node surgery)
  • You have a computer, tablet, or cell phone with a screen at least 7 inches and internet access for video calls
  • You are willing to follow the study plan and attend all sessions
