Who can take part
- You had a stroke at least 6 months ago (chronic stage).
- You are 45 years old or older.
- You can communicate and understand instructions (score above 24 on a thinking/memory test called MoCA).
- You do not have other health problems like a recent fracture, muscle or bone disorder, or a prior surgery on the affected arm.
- You do not have severe muscle tightness (score less than 3 on the modified Ashworth scale).
- You can hear normally (no hearing aid or known hearing loss).
