  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are scheduled for double-jaw or triple-jaw surgery.
  • You are not having a re-do or revision surgery.
  • You do not have a psychiatric disorder.
  • You are not only getting orthodontic treatment (braces alone).
  • You are not having single-jaw surgery.
