Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and in good general health.
  • You have a jaw misalignment (skeletal Class 2 or Class 3) that needs surgery on both upper and lower jaws.
  • You have already completed orthodontic treatment (braces or aligners) before the surgery.
  • You do not have cleft lip, palate, or other craniofacial conditions.
  • You are not pregnant, allergic to titanium, or have jaw joint problems, bone disorders, or previous jaw surgery.
