Who can take part

  • You must have prostate cancer that is a type called adenocarcinoma.
  • You should be able to care for yourself and be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, kidney function, and liver function need to be within certain ranges.
  • You cannot have an active infection, autoimmune disease, or HIV/hepatitis B or C.
  • You must be willing to give blood samples and have a procedure called leukapheresis to collect cells for the vaccine.
