Who can take part

  • You are a man aged 18 or older.
  • You have prostate cancer that has not spread to the brain, liver, lungs, or other distant organs.
  • You are scheduled to have your prostate removed (radical prostatectomy) with lymph node dissection.
  • You must have a prostate lesion visible on an MRI scan.
  • You have not had prior prostate surgery, radiation, or other prostate cancer treatments except hormone therapy started within the last 12 weeks.
  • You agree to use condoms and not donate sperm during the study and for 3 months after the last dose.
