Who can take part

  • Male, age 18 or older, with at least 6 months expected lifespan
  • Prostate cancer that has spread to bones, lymph nodes, or other organs and has grown despite hormone therapy (abiraterone or enzalutamide)
  • Good overall health status—able to carry out daily activities with minimal assistance
  • Tumor tissue available (from a recent biopsy or stored sample) to create your personalized vaccine
  • Normal blood cell counts, kidney and liver function, and heart function (LVEF ≥45%)
  • Negative for HIV, hepatitis B (or stable low viral load), and hepatitis C
