Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your colorectal cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and started in the left side of the colon (from the splenic flexure to the rectum).
- Your tumor must be tested and found to have no mutations in the KRAS, NRAS, or BRAF genes (wild-type).
- You have not had any prior chemotherapy or other systemic treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer.
- You are generally in good health (able to do light activities) and your blood tests show adequate kidney, liver, and bone marrow function.
