Who can take part

  • Your cancer must be on the left side of the colon and have spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • Your tumor must be a specific type: RAS and BRAF wild-type (no certain gene mutations) and MSS/pMMR (a certain genetic stability).
  • You must not have had any prior chemotherapy or targeted therapy for advanced cancer, except for certain chemotherapy after surgery if it was more than 12 months ago.
  • You must be in generally good health, able to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver) must be within adequate ranges as per study requirements.
