Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have breast cancer that is HR-positive and HER2-negative, confirmed by a biopsy.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse during or after your last treatment.
  • You have not received chemotherapy for advanced cancer, but you may have had it before surgery if it was more than 6 months ago.
  • Your doctor decides hormone therapy is no longer helping and you are ready for first chemotherapy.
  • You can provide a tumor tissue sample from a recent biopsy or from when your cancer spread.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You are in good physical health (able to do daily activities) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • You have recovered from side effects of previous treatments.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after last dose.
  • You are willing to follow the study procedures and sign a consent form.
