BL-B01D1 versus chemotherapy for advanced hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer

This trial tests a new targeted drug called BL-B01D1 against standard chemotherapy in patients with advanced breast cancer that is hormone-receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-negative, and has stopped responding to hormone treatments. Who can take part

  • You have HR+/HER2- breast cancer that cannot be surgically removed, has spread, or has come back after previous treatment
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one type of hormone therapy (endocrine therapy)
  • You have not received chemotherapy before for your advanced cancer
  • Your overall health is good enough to tolerate treatment (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do most daily activities)
  • Your heart function is normal (left ventricular ejection fraction ≥50%)
  • You can provide a tumor tissue sample from the past 3 years or agree to a new biopsy
