Who can take part
- You have HR+/HER2- breast cancer that cannot be surgically removed, has spread, or has come back after previous treatment
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one type of hormone therapy (endocrine therapy)
- You have not received chemotherapy before for your advanced cancer
- Your overall health is good enough to tolerate treatment (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do most daily activities)
- Your heart function is normal (left ventricular ejection fraction ≥50%)
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample from the past 3 years or agree to a new biopsy
