Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have had hepatitis B (HBsAg positive) for at least 6 months.
- Your hepatitis B e-antigen (HBeAg) is negative.
- Your HBsAg level is 1500 IU/mL or lower.
- Your ALT level is below 400 IU/L.
- You have not taken interferon in the past year, and you do not have fatty liver disease from metabolic issues (like being overweight, high blood sugar, or high cholesterol).
