- You are 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with moderate-to-severe narrowing (blockage) in the brain's venous sinuses, diagnosed by imaging
- You have NOT had a stroke, brain surgery, or prior treatment for this condition (like angioplasty)
- You do not have other conditions affecting the brain's drainage system, like multiple sclerosis or Alzheimer's
- You are able to have an MRI scan (no metal implants, severe claustrophobia, or gadolinium allergy)
