Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease (MASLD) for at least 3 years.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is over 26.
  • You are not physically active (sedentary lifestyle).
  • You do not have heart, lung, or kidney problems, or high blood pressure.
  • You have never had altitude sickness or problems at high altitudes.
  • If you are female, you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
