Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 60 years old, or 70 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with a fatty liver condition linked to metabolic problems (like being overweight or having diabetes).
  • You are not already doing regular supervised exercise (more than 30 minutes, 3 times per week).
  • Your weight has been stable (no major changes) for the last 3 months.
