Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a BMI between 25 and 42 (overweight to obese).
  • You have fatty liver disease (MASLD) diagnosed by a special ultrasound test (FibroScan) with a high fat score.
  • You have elevated liver enzymes (ALT) above certain levels.
  • You have at least three signs of metabolic syndrome (like large waist, high blood sugar, high blood pressure, or abnormal cholesterol).
  • Your weight has been stable (not changed by more than 4%) in the last 3 months.
