Who can take part

  • You have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or L858R).
  • You have completed four cycles of osimertinib plus platinum-based chemo as your first treatment.
  • Your cancer has shrunk or stayed stable after those cycles.
  • The main tumor in your lung can still be treated with surgery or radiation.
  • You are age 20 or older, and your daily activity level is good (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You do not have untreated or unstable brain metastases, or another active cancer.
