  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • Your BMI is between 25.0 and 29.9 (overweight range)
  • You are in good general health and have no diagnosed sleep disorders
  • You do not have diabetes (any type), and your fasting blood sugar is below 6.9 mmol/L
  • You are not taking medications that affect blood sugar or probiotics, and you haven't had bariatric surgery
  • You are not pregnant, not on night shifts in the past month, and have had no major surgery or illness in the last 6 weeks
