Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have prediabetes (blood sugar 100–125 mg/dL or A1c 5.7–6.4%) or a body mass index between 25 and 34.9.
  • You haven't joined a similar study in the past 3 months.
  • You are not currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy soon (including male partners).
  • You don't have autoimmune diseases, cancer, serious gut problems, or a history of gut surgery.
  • You are not allergic to probiotics or ingredients in the study drink.
