  • You are 18 or older
  • You took part in a previous study with the medicine PF-07868489 and finished all of its treatments and tests
  • You did not have worsening of your pulmonary arterial hypertension that required a hospital stay during that previous study
  • You are not waiting for a lung or heart-lung transplant, and you don't have planned surgery for your lung condition
  • You do not have a liver-related lung problem called hepato-pulmonary syndrome
  • You are not taking GLP-1 agonist medicines (like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro)
