Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You had surgery to completely remove a glioblastoma in your brain's frontal, temporal, or occipital lobe, followed by radiation and/or chemotherapy
  • Your MRI scan at 4 months after surgery showed no tumor recurrence
  • Your overall health (measured by Karnofsky score) must be good enough to tolerate treatment
  • Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function must be normal or near-normal
  • If you can become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment
