Sintilimab plus lenvatinib after liver cancer surgery with VETC pattern
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.
This trial tests a combination of two medications (sintilimab and lenvatinib) after surgery to remove liver cancer that has a specific blood vessel pattern (VETC). The goal is to see if this treatment can help prevent the cancer from coming back.

This trial tests a combination of two drugs (sintilimab, an immunotherapy, and lenvatinib, a targeted therapy) followed by local treatments to try to cure advanced liver cancer that has spread to a few other parts of the body. The goal is to shrink the cancer enough that surgery or radiation can remove it completely.
This trial tests whether combining two targeted drugs (lenvatinib and tislelizumab) works better than lenvatinib alone for people with advanced liver cancer whose disease worsened after prior treatment with an immunotherapy and a blood vessel growth blocker (bevacizumab).
This trial tests whether a combination of two drugs (sintilimab and lenvatinib) given after surgery can help prevent liver cancer from coming back in people who had a tumor growing into the portal vein (a major blood vessel in the liver). You may join if you recently had successful surgery and haven't had other treatments yet.
This trial tests a tailored treatment plan after surgery for liver cancer that shows a specific blood vessel pattern (VETC). The goal is to find the best follow-up therapy to lower the chance of cancer coming back.
This Phase 2 trial tests lenvatinib combined with the immunotherapy drug sintilimab in people with advanced liver cancer who got worse after prior PD-1/PD-L1 treatment. It aims to slow cancer growth and improve outcomes after immune therapy hasn’t worked.
This trial tests whether the immunotherapy drug Sintilimab, given after surgery, can help prevent liver cancer from coming back in people whose tumors had tiny blood vessel invasion. It is for patients who have fully recovered from surgery and have not had other cancer treatments before.
