Who can take part
- You had surgery for liver cancer with a narrow margin (less than 1 cm) and it was a complete removal (R0).
- You are 18 to 80 years old and generally active (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your liver function is good enough (Child-Pugh class A or B7).
- You have at least one high-risk factor, such as: tumor over 5 cm with an incomplete capsule, high AFP level, or signs of spread in blood vessels.
- You have not had prior treatment for liver cancer like targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or chemoembolization.
- You are within 4 months after surgery and have no other active cancers or serious health problems.
