Who can take part
- You have mouth or throat cancer (squamous cell carcinoma) that has not spread to other parts of the body.
- Your tumor has a PD-L1 CPS score higher than 1 (a lab test measures this).
- Your cancer is stage III or IVa (locally advanced) and surgery is recommended.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and in generally good health (ECOG 0 or 1).
