- You are on sick leave for at least half (50%) of your usual work time.
- Your main diagnosis is adjustment disorder or exhaustion disorder (a type of stress-related condition).
- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You can understand and communicate in Swedish or English.
- You do not have a separate, more urgent mental health condition (like bipolar disorder or active suicidal thoughts).
- You have not been in other psychological therapy for stress in the last 6 months.
