This trial tests a new drug, BL-M14D1, for people with advanced small cell lung cancer, neuroendocrine tumors, or other solid tumors that have no standard treatment. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and possibly effective.

Who can take part
- You must have a type of advanced cancer (like small cell lung cancer or a neuroendocrine tumor) that cannot be cured or has no standard treatment left.
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old for the first part of the study, or at least 18 for the second part.
- You must be able to take care of yourself and do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and you must provide a tissue sample (from a past biopsy or a new one).
- You must not have had certain other cancer treatments (like chemotherapy) in the past 4 weeks, and you must not have had a specific type of antibody-drug conjugate before.
- You must have good heart, kidney, liver, and blood clotting function, and no serious infections or autoimmune diseases.
