  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Doctors expect you to live more than 3 months.
  • Your cancer has tested positive for a NECTIN4 gene change.
  • You do not have unstable tumors in your brain or spinal cord.
  • Side effects from past cancer treatments have mostly gone away.
  • You have no serious heart or blood vessel problems.
