  • You have a body fat percentage greater than 25%.
  • You haven't used probiotics, weight loss products, or gut health supplements in the last month.
  • You do not have diabetes, autoimmune diseases, cancer, chronic gut problems, lactose intolerance, or chronic diarrhea.
  • You have not had any stomach or intestinal surgery.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
