This study collects tissue and blood samples from people with ulcerative colitis or certain colon polyps to help researchers better understand these conditions. If you are having a colonoscopy or surgery for these conditions, you may be able to participate.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have ulcerative colitis (diagnosed by standard guidelines) or you have colon polyps (hyperplastic polyps, sessile serrated lesions, or adenomas larger than 2 cm) that were or will be removed during a colonoscopy.
- You speak French and have social security coverage.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You are not under legal guardianship or unable to give consent.
