Who can take part
- You are over 18 years old.
- You have obesity but a BMI below 40 (using ethnic-specific cutoffs).
- You have been diagnosed with moderate to severe sleep apnea (AHI score of 15 or higher).
- Your weight has been stable (no more than 5 kg change) in the last 3 months.
- You have tried and failed to lose enough weight with diet, exercise, or weight loss medications.
