Who can take part

  • You must be a female freestyle wrestling athlete.
  • You train at least 4 days a week regularly.
  • You have been part of TOHM (a sports training center) for at least one year.
  • You are between 16 and 22 years old.
  • You do not have a heart or lung condition that would make breathing tests unsafe.
  • You do not have balance problems from an inner ear or nerve condition.
