Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with MAC lung disease that shows a "nodular bronchiectatic" pattern on a CT scan.
  • You have not taken any MAC-specific treatment in the last 3 months.
  • If you could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after. You must also have a negative pregnancy test before starting.
  • Your blood, liver, and kidney function tests must meet certain levels (your doctor will check these).
  • You should not have any other serious lung or heart conditions, or be on dialysis or have had an organ transplant.
