Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with MAC lung disease that shows a pattern called 'nodular bronchiectatic' on a CT scan.
  • You have not taken any anti-MAC medications in the last 3 months.
  • You agree to use birth control (if you could become pregnant or father a child) during the study and for 3 months after the last dose.
  • Your blood and urine tests meet certain safety limits (for red blood cells, white cells, liver and kidney function, etc.).
  • You do not have other serious lung conditions, an active cancer, or a weakened immune system.
