Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You weigh between 40 kg (88 lbs) and 90 kg (198 lbs).
  • You have had a positive sputum culture for Mycobacterium abscessus in the last 6 months, and another positive test within the past month.
  • You are willing to use effective contraception during the study and for one month after.
  • You have not taken long-term steroid or immunosuppressant drugs in the 90 days before screening.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum, and you have no known allergy or resistance to bedaquiline.
