- Diagnosed with tuberculous meningitis within the past 3 months
- Currently hospitalized
- Willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 1 month after
- No long-term steroid or immunosuppressant use in the last 90 days
- Not pregnant, breastfeeding, or within 6 weeks after giving birth
- No known allergy or previous bad reaction to contezolid or linezolid
