  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with early-stage heart, kidney, liver, or metabolic problems (stages 0 to 3).
  • You are willing to provide written consent to join the registry.
  • You do NOT have advanced heart disease such as a history of heart attack, stroke, atrial fibrillation, or heart failure.
