  • You are between 18 and 65 years old (or 18-60 if you have MS).
  • You are in good health with no major medical problems.
  • You are willing to have a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) to collect fluid for testing.
  • You can attend all study visits and follow the study rules.
  • You do not have a history of drug abuse, heavy alcohol use, or smoking within the last week.
  • You have not donated blood or plasma in the last month.
