Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You have a diagnosis of relapsing multiple sclerosis or active secondary progressive MS, or primary progressive MS or non-relapsing secondary progressive MS.
  • Your disability level is mild to moderate (EDSS score of 6.5 or less for relapsing forms, or between 3.0 and 6.5 for progressive forms).
  • You have had signs of active MS (like relapses or new MRI lesions) in the last 2 years, or you could not tolerate a high-efficacy MS treatment.
  • You have adequate organ function and overall health as determined by study doctors.
  • You have not had certain prior treatments like CAR-T therapy, stem cell transplant, or organ transplant.
