Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have a diagnosis of relapsing multiple sclerosis or secondary progressive MS (diagnosis within 2.5 years)
  • Have trouble with thinking or memory (a cognitive complaint)
  • Score below -0.5 on a quick thinking test called SDMT
  • Not have had an MS relapse or changed certain medications in the last month
  • Be able to walk without help and not have had a fall in the past 3 months
