  • You are between 25 and 40 years old.
  • Your multiple sclerosis is not too advanced (confirmed by a doctor using a standard scale).
  • You have not had a relapse in the last 3 months.
  • You are able to think clearly enough to follow instructions (a quick memory and thinking test will confirm this).
  • You do not have severe heart, lung, hearing, or other non-MS sensory problems.
