  • You are between 18 and 80 years old
  • You have severe obstructive sleep apnea (AHI over 30) without other sleep or lung conditions
  • Your BMI is under 35
  • You have healthy teeth and can move your jaw well
  • You haven't used CPAP or oral appliance therapy in the last 2 weeks
