Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 60 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder (a type of depression) by a doctor.
- Your current episode of depression has lasted at least 3 months.
- You have at least mild symptoms of depression.
- You have not had certain other mental health conditions like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder, or an eating disorder.
- You are able to undergo an MRI brain scan and do not have any metal in your body or other MRI contraindications.
