Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your urinary catheter was placed in the last 24 hours.
  • You will need the catheter for more than 48 hours.
  • You are expected to stay in the ICU for more than 48 hours.
  • You are not allergic to medical tape or adhesives.
  • You have no injury or infection at the urinary opening, and no prostate or bladder problems.
