Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor (cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery).
- Your tumor has a specific change in the KRAS gene (called G12V, G12D, G12C, G12R, G12A, G13D, or extra copies of KRAS).
- You have already tried standard treatments for your cancer, and they are no longer working or you cannot have them.
- You are able to do your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are not pregnant and agree to use birth control during and for a time after the study.
