Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • Your tumor has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D (your doctor can confirm this).
  • Your cancer is advanced (cannot be removed by surgery) or has spread to other parts of the body.
  • You have not been treated before with a drug that specifically targets the KRAS G12D mutation.
  • You are able to swallow oral medications and have not had major surgery in the last 4 weeks.
