Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced colorectal cancer that starts on the right side of your colon and has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your tumor has no RAS gene mutation (tested locally) and high levels of AREG/EREG genes (confirmed by central testing).
  • You have not had chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer before.
  • You are healthy enough to receive combination chemotherapy plus an anti-EGFR drug.
  • You have measurable tumors on a CT scan.
