Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with colon cancer that started in the right side of your colon.
- Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body and has grown after treatment with bevacizumab, irinotecan, oxaliplatin, and 5-fluorouracil.
- Your tumor does not have specific genetic changes (RAS/BRAF V600E/PIK3CA/PTEN/EGFR mutations) and is negative for certain gene amplifications or fusions.
- You have not had prior treatment with anti-EGFR drugs (like cetuximab) or PD-1 inhibitors (like toripalimab).
- You have normal blood counts, liver function, and kidney function as defined by trial tests.
- You are able to carry out daily activities with minimal help (ECOG score 0-2).
