Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your colorectal cancer has spread (metastatic) and you have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Your tumor does not have mutations in KRAS, NRAS, or BRAF genes (known as 'wild type').
- You previously had a good response to an anti-EGFR drug (like cetuximab) that lasted at least 6 months, but then the cancer came back after other treatments.
- You have not taken trifluridine/tipiracil (Lonsurf) before.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
