This trial tests whether a drug called dapagliflozin can help keep your immune system calm and reduce the risk of your kidney condition returning. It is for people with membranous nephropathy who have already been in remission but have signs of a flare-up.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 85 years old.
- You have membranous nephropathy and test positive for anti-PLA2R1 antibodies.
- Your urine protein-to-creatinine ratio is between 0.5 and 3.5 g/g.
- You have had a previous remission and now show an increase in antibody levels over 14 RU/mL.
- You are already on the maximum tolerated dose of standard protein-lowering treatment (such as ACE inhibitors or ARBs), and you follow a low-salt diet and take diuretics if needed.
- You have not used immunosuppressive therapy for membranous nephropathy in the past 6 months.
