Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
- Your cancer has a PD-L1 level of at least 1% (sub-studies 1 and 2). For sub-study 1, it must be 50% or higher. For sub-study 2, it can be between 1 and 49%
- Your cancer does not have EGFR or ALK gene changes (for sub-studies 1 and 2)
- You have not had prior chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy for advanced NSCLC (for sub-studies 1 and 2)
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample for testing
